Parmesan Herb Chicken {Low-FODMAP, Gluten-Free}

Low-FODMAP Parmesan Herb Chicken / Delicious as it Looks

This dish is perfect for people who have IBS. It's also perfect for people who don't! I ate it quite frequently when I was on my elimination diet. I decided to make it again recently. I don't know why I don't make it more often, as it's delicious, gluten-free and low-carb. It's adapted from a recipe I found on allrecipes. I serve this with mashed potatoes, salads and a Sauvignon Blanc. Incredibly easy and yummy. Bon appetite!

  1. My daughter absolutely loves this recipe ... She has it once or twice a week! Thank you so much!

  2. I made this tonight and my whole family loved it. Thanks for sharing!!

    1. Thanks for the comment, so glad your family enjoyed it!

  3. Thats only parmesan cheese making it look like that; I don't need any bread crumbs?

    1. Nope! No breadcrumbs. I used the Parmesan cheese out of the green can, so that's why it looks kind of like breadcrumbs.
