Here is an index of all of my recipes. Some are suitable for IBS and some for fructose malabsorption. Whether or not you can tolerate these recipes is up to you! Everyone is different, so I hope some of my recipes work for you. If not, maybe they will inspire you to create some that will!


All of the recipes listed on this page are gluten-free. Since I started this blog before going on my special diet, there are some recipes on my blog (but not on this list) that are not gluten-free or low-FODMAP.

* Recipes designated as "low-fructose" are made with dextrose/glucose (a fructose-free sweetener that seems to work for some people with fructose malabsorption or intolerance).
