    I have your cookbook and I'm very grateful to you for making it! I'm finding the recipes easy, delicious and that i feel good after eating them! I've made 18 or more of them in the last couple of months and all have more that i want to try - which is more use from a cookbook than I've ever gotten before!

    I am wondering if you have any other low-fodmap vegetarian dishes that you would be willing to share?

  2. I love your cookbook and your website. I have confidence that if its a recipe from you, its going to be something I can make (I hate to cook) and it will turn out great. I would love a couple go-to Low Fod Map casseroles that I could make if we were having company over. Is there a way to make a lasagna or a veggie lasagna low fod map?

  4. I am new to Fodmap, I thought sugar wasn't allowed but I'm seeing a lot of it in other dessert recipes.

    1. Yes, granulated sugar and brown sugar are both allowed in the elimination phase. There are some sweeteners that have higher amounts of fructose, such as honey and agave, and therefore should not be consumed during the elimination phase of the diet. I recommend purchasing the FODMAP App from Monash for a complete list of foods that contain FODMAPs.

  6. My family loves cinnamon rolls and I can't find a recipe that is low FODMAP and Fructose free. Can you come up with a good cinnamon roll recipe that doesn't use sorghum flour or brown sugar (impossible to digest for those of us that are fructose intolerant)?

  7. I just wanted to say thank you!! I have not actually tried any of your recipes yet but I've been considering going low-fodmap for a while now, but have been very reluctant because most of the recipes i've found are only made up of ingredients that I have never heard of or require so much which is hard for a graduate student with no time. So thank you for making recipes that I can recognize and seem do-able! Also the pictures look great so this might jumpstart my low-fodmap journey!
